Structure + Goals of the Program
The program’s training opportunities are diverse. Therefore, we use both external and internal facilitators, depending on the topic.
Our firm’s inclusive nature filters down to the ASCEND™ program. Expertise, not seniority, is the key instructional requirement. This is one of the program’s cornerstones. Each firm member has unique knowledge which colleagues at all levels can benefit from and we value the opportunity to learn from each other.
We strongly encourage course attendance, regularly request feedback on programs and seek input on new program ideas to keep them relevant and interesting.
