Aubrie Girou is successful co-counsel in recent case

Aubrie Girou, an Associate in our Wills, Estates + Trusts Practice, was successful co-counsel for the Plaintiff in the precedent-setting case before Madam Justice Griffin, Devore-Thompson v. Poulain, 2017 BCSC 1289. The decision, released July 24, 2017, marks the first reported case in British Columbia in which the Court has set aside a marriage due to incapacity.
