Bruno De Vita Appointed as Arbitrator of Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS)

The International Council for Arbitration for Sport (ICAS) has appointed Managing Partner, Bruno De Vita, as an arbitrator of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) for the term 2015 to 2018. Established in 1984, the CAS has nearly 300 arbitrators from 87 countries, selected for their specialist knowledge of arbitration and sports law. This institution is independent of any sports organization, and it facilitates the settlement of sports-related disputes through arbitration or mediation through guidelines adapted for specific sports requirements.
