Jeremy Rusinek is a member of the firm’s Motor Vehicle Practice Group. He has extensive experience in handling personal or bodily injury claims including those related to chronic pain, complex regional pain syndrome and psychological distress.
Jeremy has represented clients at trial in both the Supreme Court and Provincial Court of British Columbia. He has also appeared before the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Tribunal and Human Rights Tribunal. In addition, he is experienced in conducting summary trials, petitions, mediations, discoveries and settlement conferences.
In the past Jeremy’s practice has included a diverse range of fields including Strata, Employment, Family, Municipal and Commercial Law. Jeremy brings this wide breadth of experience to every file which lets him consider each matter from a variety of approaches best suited to the matter at hand.

Jeremy is originally from Montreal and prior to law worked as an auditor and filmmaker.
