REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE
- In addition to providing general corporate advice to businesses, Matthew advises various companies on issues relating to corporate structure, management and the resolution of shareholder disputes;
- Provides advice on potential trade-marks and files trade-mark applications;
- Acts for U.S. and Canadian franchisors looking to expand their systems in Canada; and
- Works with a NASDAQ and TSX-listed biotech company in advising them on their licensing and distribution agreements, supply agreements, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements and general corporate matters.
