PRACTICE PROFILE

Megan completed her articles with Alexander Holburn Beaudin & Lang LLP in 2007 and is a member of the firm’s Insurance Practice. Her practice is primarily litigation-based, with a focus on insurance defence.

Megan obtained her LL.B. from the University of British Columbia in 2005.

REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE

Megan has conducted numerous settlement conferences and a trial in B.C. Provincial Court, and has appeared in B.C. Supreme Court Chambers on a variety of matters.  She has also assisted senior counsel with trials in the B.C. Supreme Court.

ON A PERSONAL NOTE

Prior to entering the field of law, Megan taught high school French and English for several years. She enjoys running, hiking, and spending time with her toddler.
