
Sarah completed her articles with Alexander Holburn Beaudin & Lang LLP in October 2008 and is a member of the firm’s Labour and Employment and Insurance Practices. Sarah’s practice focuses on general civil litigation and frequently involves disputes pertaining to employment matters and human rights. Sarah also practices administrative law, particularly as it relates to the regulation of licensed professionals such as insurance brokers.
Sarah obtained her B.A. with Honours in 2000 from McGill University and her LL.B in 2007 from the University of British Columbia.
Prior to attending law school, Sarah worked for a graphic design and consulting agency in New York. During this period Sarah also interned with the International Centre for Transitional Justice.
Sarah has appeared as counsel at all levels of court in British Columbia. She has represented clients before different administrative tribunals in the province, including the Human Rights Tribunal. Sarah has also participated in alternative dispute resolution conferences to successfully resolve disputes, and assisted senior counsel in commercial arbitration proceedings.

While in law school, Sarah founded her own business, C’est Bon Jewellery. Today, she continues to design jewellery and also enjoys cooking, collecting music, and travel.
