Scott Harcus is a member of the firm’s Insurance, Construction + Engineering, Environmental, Defamation + Reputation Risk Management, and Insolvency + Restructuring Practices. His practice includes a variety of areas of law including insurance coverage, builders liens and construction disputes, personal injury and property damage claims, and defamation matters.

Representative Experience

Scott has appeared as counsel in chambers and trial in the Supreme Court of British Columbia. He has also appeared in Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act proceedings and has experience prosecuting regulatory offences before an administrative body. Scott also has experience in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and judicial settlement conferences.
