Leila Hodges has worked mainly in insurance defence since 2009, but also has experience with collections and plaintiff personal injury work. Leila enjoys all aspects of legal work and is eager to broaden her expertise and knowledge through working on a variety of cases.
She was consistently on the Merit List and graduated with distinction from the Paralegal Certificate program at Capilano University in 2012.
Leila was on the Dean’s List and graduated from Capilano College’s Legal Administrative Assistant program in 2008. She received a scholarship from Farris LLP and worked in foreclosures for one year.
Leila was formerly an elementary school teacher in Australia for 17 years and completed a teacher exchange in Vancouver in 2005. She immigrated to Canada in 2006 and became a proud Canadian citizen in 2013. Upon immigrating to Canada, Leila embarked on a career change to the legal industry, an area in which she has always been interested.

On A Personal Note
Leila enjoys being active and socializing with friends. She has competed in women’s fast pitch softball at three World Master’s Games, and has participated in five Vancouver Sun Runs.
