Alexander Holburn Beaudin & Lang LLP’s Banking & Lending Practice provides advice and services related to commercial and residential lending transactions.  

Our lawyers frequently act for Schedule A and B banks, trust companies, credit unions, insurance companies, large institutional lenders and other commercial lending institutions.

We understand the particular importance of responsive service in the context of commercial and residential lending transactions.  We work consistently and successfully to develop an efficient and cost-effective approach to all types of financing transactions and we are committed to providing comprehensive lending advice and support to our clients on their timeline.

In addition, we work in close conjunction with other lawyers in the firm when expertise in commercial and residential lending is a key component to a business transaction or litigation matter for a client whose needs normally lie outside of the banking and lending group.
