Doing Business in CanadaClick to Enlarge

Doing Business in Canada is a general overview of Canadian law applicable to non-Canadian businesses considering conducting business in Canada.

Geographically and culturally, Canada is one of the largest and most diverse countries in the world.  It is a great place to do business but does require an understanding of the "lay of the land".  We have two official languages (English and French), as well as two legal systems (common and civil law).  We are comprised of ten provinces and three territories. Some areas of law are governed federally, some provincially, and some through a combination of the two.  We can assist you in navigating these issues to access a powerful target marketplace.
