Our Strata Property lawyers have assisted clients with a variety of matters, including residential tenancy disputes, human rights issues, and commercial arbitrations. We regularly provide seminars on strata law issues to home owners, strata council members, strata managers, arbitrators and lawyers. Our practice leader, Elaine McCormack, has spoken before members of the Condominium Home Owners’ Association (CHOA), the Professional Association of Managing Agents (PAMA), the Board of Directors for the BC Arbitration and Mediation Institute (BCAMI), and the Construction Law Subsection of the Canadian Bar Association. Lisa Mackie, associate, has also taught a residential tenancy course for Vancouver Community College’s Building Manager Certificate program.
