Foundations™ is a risk-management review product.  Foundations™ has been initially developed for use by engineering firms, however its business premise makes it an ideal risk management audit process for virtually any industry or business.

Alexander Holburn Beaudin & Lang LLP is a law firm with decades of experience representing engineers.  Now we’ve developed Foundations™, the risk management review for engineering professionals.  We can help you plan for, control and minimize risks in many business areas such as privacy, employment, and corporate structure to name just a few.

The product is flexible.  We will quote a fixed fee price for each module you select (based on the size of your company, number of employees, etc.).  Our lawyers will then go through a comprehensive audit process to analyse your level of risk in those areas, point out areas in which improvements could be made, and make recommendations on those improvements.  Should you choose to move forward with our recommendations, we will work with you to remedy those situations to avoid raising the possibility of penalties or litigation down the road.
