Clinton joined Alexander Holburn as a summer student in May 2021 and will return for articles in 2022.
Prior to starting law school, Clinton studied Sociology at the University of British Columbia. He also worked in the legal profession, first as a legal assistant at a small, full-service law firm, and later as a corporate records clerk at a boutique business law firm.
Clinton is very involved in his law school community. He has served on the Law Student’s Society Social Council, the Allard Law Wellness Committee, as an Allard Law Peer Tutor, as a Clinician for Pro Bono Students Canada, and is an active member of the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers (FACL). In his academic years, Clinton has been awarded numerous scholarships, including the Dean of Arts Scholarship, the Perry Barr Hall Scholarship, the Student Scholarship in Arts, the Trek Excellence Scholarship, and most recently, the McLean-McCuaig Foundation Prize in Property Law.
