Bar Admission

  • 2017 Admitted to the British Columbia Bar

Jason Newton is a member of the firm’s Insurance Practice group.

Jason graduated from the University of Victoria with both a JD and an MBA degree before being called to the bar in 2017. Prior to joining Alexander Holburn as an associate, Jason spent his formative years at a boutique litigation firm in Vancouver. There, his varied practice brought him before all levels of the British Columbia courts.

Jason learned to achieve the best results for his clients through settlement or at trial early in his career. He now brings that experience to the firm’s Insurance group for the benefit of coverage disputes, subrogation recovery, and personal injury defence.

On A Personal Note...

During the summer you will find Jason playing at Kits Beach playing volleyball. The rest of his free time is spent enjoying all that Vancouver has to offer with his family.
