As Alexander Holburn’s Director of Professional Resources, Jennifer develops, implements, and oversees programs that support associate professional development and success, particularly in the areas of mentorship, performance management, and legal practice development.
Working collaboratively with other Firm Leaders, Jen is responsible for executing the recruitment, legal skill and practice development, integration, mentoring, compensation, and evaluation programs for associates across our offices.
Jennifer is an experienced employment lawyer, having articled and practiced in Vancouver from 2003 to 2011. Prior to joining Alexander Holburn in 2022, she worked at a large full-service Western and Northern Canadian law firm as its Director of Professional Development from 2017-2022 and at an international law firm as its Director of Student and Associate Programs from 2011-2016.
Jen completed her LL.B at the University of British Columbia and obtained a BA in Applied Sciences (Communication) from Simon Fraser University in 1999.
