Julie O’Connell is a member of the firm’s Construction Law Practice. Her practice is litigation-based and is focused on construction and engineering litigation. She has also assisted on complex environmental litigation files involving the Fisheries Act and the Canadian Environmental Protection Act.
Julie joined Alexander Holburn as an articling student. Prior to her articles, Julie summered with WorkSafeBC as a Review Officer Student Intern and participated in a judicial externship with the Provincial Court of British Columbia.
Julie attended the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia. She was involved in the law school community as a peer tutor and student ambassador. Prior to law school, she completed a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of British Columbia.
