Jeremy Rusinek is a member of the firm’s Motor Vehicle Practice Group. He has extensive experience in handling personal or bodily injury claims including those related to chronic pain, complex regional pain syndrome and psychological distress.
Jeremy has represented clients at trial in both the Supreme Court and Provincial Court of British Columbia. He has also appeared before the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Tribunal and Human Rights Tribunal. In addition, he is experienced in conducting summary trials, petitions, mediations, discoveries and settlement conferences.
Jeremy has worked with insurance adjusters, both junior and senior, for years in the motor vehicle industry. Jeremy understands that to best serve his clients they need to have up to date information, timely analysis and sound strategic advice so they are in the best position to evaluate files and make the right decisions on every case. Jeremy works closely with his clients so they can always feel one step ahead.
In the past Jeremy’s practice has included a diverse range of practices including Strata, Employment, Family, Municipal and Commercial Law. Jeremy brings this wide breadth of experience to every file which lets him consider each matter from a variety of approaches best suited to the matter at hand.

On A Personal Note
Jeremy is originally from Montreal and prior to law worked as an auditor and filmmaker. When not working, Jeremy enjoys travel, movies and games.
