Marie is a member of the firm’s Insurance, Health, and Local Government Practices.

Marie’s practice is litigation-based with a focus on insurance defence, health, local government, administrative law, class actions, and professional liability.

Marie has represented clients before the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Provincial Court of British Columbia. She summered and completed her articles with Alexander Holburn prior to joining the firm as an associate.

During law school, Marie participated in the UBC Criminal Law Clinic, volunteered as an associate editor of the UBC Law Review, and assisted first-year students as a peer tutor.

On A Personal Note...

Marie enjoys spending time outside on the seawall or at the beach, listening to live music, and exploring new restaurants.
