Nick joined Alexander Holburn as a summer articled student in 2019 and returned for articles in 2021 following a clerkship at the BC Supreme Court.
In law school, Nick was a student clinician for the Innocence Project and volunteered for the BC Civil Liberties Association. He also worked as a research assistant, served as an assistant editor for the UBC Law Review, and was involved with the student group Law Students for Decriminalization and Harm Reduction. Prior to attending law school, Nick received a B.A. in Psychology from UBC.
As a student at UBC Law, Nick was recognized for his academic achievements with the Blakes Scholar Award in Law and the Superior Courts Judges’ Scholarship. He was also awarded the Adam Albright Memorial Award in Law for his engagement with student activities, including captaining the law school curling team.
Nick is interested in all areas of litigation with a particular interest in privacy and administrative law.
