Robert Pakrul is a member of the firm’s Corporate/Commercial, Information + Privacy and Charities + Non-Profit Practice Groups.

His practice is primarily corporate commercial based with an emphasis on information and privacy, transportation law and governance. He provides advice to a wide variety of organizations in various industry sectors. Mr. Pakrul has significant experience working with both large and small non-profit organizations and foundations in their creation, governance, regulatory compliance and day-to-day operations.

Mr. Pakrul also advises on public safety law, providing advice to emergency communications corporations and other public safety bodies in British Columbia on matters such as liability, statutory immunity and regulatory matters affecting 9-1-1 services.

On A Personal Note...

Outside of the office, Bob enjoys competitive sailing and playing guitar.
