Sarah Hickey is a member of the firm’s Business Disputes, Labour + Employment and Immigration Practices.

Sarah strives to provide practical advice that is specific to the needs of her clients. She has previously worked on a variety of matters which include commercial disputes, debt collection, shareholder disputes, wrongful termination and human rights matters.

Sarah also works on corporate immigration matters and has assisted in the preparation of work permits and permanent residence applications for individual and corporate clients.

Sarah has represented clients before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Provincial Court of British Columbia, and the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal. Sarah completed summers and articles at the firm prior to being hired as an associate. During law school, Sarah worked with the Allard International Justice and Human Rights Clinic and travelled to Switzerland to assist the Canadian member at the UN Human Rights Committee.

On A Personal Note...

Sarah is at her happiest when she is travelling to a new place, either locally or internationally. In her spare time, Sarah likes hiking and making playlists on Spotify.
