Susan Sangha is a Partner and member of the firm’s Insurance, Labour + Employment, and Administrative Law Practices. She is a litigator and has an eclectic insurance-based liability defence practice with a focus on professional liability and discipline, occupiers’ liability, personal injury, employment and human rights matters.

Susan maintains a client-centric approach to her practice, which is demonstrated by responsive and regular communication and practical solutions. She has a particular interest and expertise in alternative dispute resolution and has received formalized training in mediation, including at the Pepperdine University, School of Law, Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution.

Susan is also actively involved in the management of the firm, serving on various committees, including the Executive Team.

On A Personal Note...

Away from the office, Susan is devoted to her young family on the North Shore. Her strong commitment to fitness is rivalled only by her passion for a good cocktail.
