Daniel Thompson is a member of the firm’s Construction + Engineering and Insurance Practices. Daniel acts for clients in almost every sector of the construction industry on issues related to commercial construction disputes. He began his career in engineering and has been able to leverage his combined legal and engineering background to better serve his clients. Whether the goal is to settle a dispute or to litigate, Daniel is well-versed in helping his client’s reach their business objectives through settlement, mediation, arbitration, or at trial. Based in Kelowna, British Columbia, Daniel maintains his practice across BC and supports his clients wherever their business takes them.
Patrick Bruce is a member of the firm’s Insurance and Motor Vehicle groups. His practice is litigation-based with an emphasis on insurance defence, insurance coverage, and alternative dispute resolution. Patrick has acted for large global insurers and their insureds across a wide range of industries. Patrick aims to provide his clients with a high level of service on all matters and for taking the time to understand their unique objectives before recommending a course of action to resolve claims efficiently and creatively. An experienced trial lawyer, Patrick has appeared in all levels of court in British Columbia.
