Esher Madhur is a member of the firm’s Health and Local Government Practices.

Esher’s practice is litigation-based. She has appeared as counsel before all levels of court in British Columbia as well as the Supreme Court of Canada.

Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Esher worked as a Crown prosecutor, articled and practiced at a leading Vancouver litigation boutique, and clerked for the Honourable Justice Sheilah Martin of the Supreme Court of Canada (2018-19) and six Justices of the Supreme Court of British Columbia (2016-17).

Esher was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2018. She obtained her J.D. from Dalhousie University in Halifax.

Esher is fluent in French.

In her own time, Esher can be found enjoying meals with friends/family, walking her giant dog, listening to audiobooks, and/or travelling.
