Lindsay joined Alexander Holburn as a summer student in May 2022 and will return for articles in 2024 after completing a clerkship.

Lindsay recently completed her second year at the University of Victoria, Faculty of Law. During law school, Lindsay volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada and competed in the Gale Cup Moot.

Prior to law school, Lindsay obtained her Bachelor of Legal Studies (Paralegal) degree from Capilano University and worked for over five years as a paralegal at a mid-size firm in Vancouver, BC focusing on civil litigation and family law. As a paralegal, Lindsay also volunteered with the Amici Curiae Friendship Society where she assisted self-represented litigants with court forms and procedure.

Lindsay is interested in all areas of litigation, with a particular interest in commercial litigation, transportation, and bankruptcy + insolvency.

Lindsay will be clerking at the BC Court of Appeal in 2023.

On A Personal Note...

In her free time, Lindsay enjoys spending time with a good book, socializing with her friends and family, and travelling as much as possible.
