Lindsay is an Associate and a member of our Administrative Law, Police Law, Employment and Human Rights Law, and Defamation + Publication Risk Management Practice Groups.

Lindsay Morgan joined Alexander Holburn as a summer student in 2022 following her second year at the University of Victoria, Faculty of Law. She was called to the bar in 2024 after completing a judicial clerkship at the Court of Appeal for British Columbia.

Lindsay’s practice is litigation-based, with an emphasis on administrative law, professional regulation, and insurance. Lindsay has appeared in all levels of court in British Columbia.

Prior to law school, Lindsay enjoyed a rewarding career as a litigation paralegal. She recently served as an Auxiliary Instructor in the paralegal program at Capilano University, where she has taught legal research and litigation procedure. Through her professional and academic experience, Lindsay has developed a passion for legal research and analysis.

On A Personal Note...

In her free time, Lindsay plays competitive soccer in the Metro Women’s Soccer League. When she’s not at practice or at a game, Lindsay enjoys pub trivia, reading suspenseful mystery novels, and travelling as much as possible.
