Suzanne Welbourn is a senior paralegal in the Wills, Estates + Trusts Practice Group. Suzanne enjoys the challenge of crafting documents for estate and trust planning clients, including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Representation Agreements, other capacity planning documents, as well as alter ego, joint spousal and family trusts. Suzanne works closely with our team of lawyers, as well as with our Real Estate and Corporate/Commercial Practice Groups, to ensure our clients’ estate planning wishes are realized.

On A Personal Note...

Suzanne is actively involved in the Masters swimming community, both as a competitive swimmer and coach. She also enjoys other varied athletic pursuits and further complements her down-time with reading, cross-stitch and spending time with Parker-the-Dog. Together with her husband, Suzanne spends most summer holidays camping and most winter holidays in a warm and sunny destination.

Suzanne presents regularly to our student groups on matters relevant to the Wills & Estates practice group. She also contributes to the Wills + Estates Law Blog.
