Beryl Meng is an Associate and a member of the firm’s Insurance Practice Group.

Beryl has a broad litigation practice with a focus on personal injury matters, professional liability, and property negligence.

Prior to joining Alexander Holburn, Beryl worked as in-house counsel at a prominent insurance company. This past role provided her with a valuable perspective on client priorities and equipped her to deliver strategic, client-centred legal solutions with a strong emphasis on effective advocacy.

Beryl has represented clients before various courts, including the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and Small Claims Court.

During her legal studies, Beryl earned a certificate in International Business Law while attending the Bader International Study Centre in the UK. She has also contributed articles for publications with the Ontario Bar Association’s Insurance Law Section and the Kluwer Arbitration Blog.

On A Personal Note...

Outside of work, Beryl can be found rallying on the tennis court, exploring trails with her rescue pup, or escaping into her next great book.
