Katherine Akladios is an Associate and a member of the firm’s Insurance Practice Group.
Katherine has a broad litigation practice with experience in insurance litigation and contractual disputes. She is developing a focus on a range of insurance matters, including personal injury, property damage, professional liability, occupiers’ liability, and coverage disputes.
Katherine has represented clients at the British Columbia Provincial and Supreme Court.
During law school, Katherine acted as a clinician at Community Legal Aid Windsor and the Transnational Environment Law and Policy Clinic and volunteered as a legal researcher with Pro Bono Students Canada. She was also an editor for the Women and Law Publication and a mentor to first-year female students.
