Alexander Holburn’s Insurance Practice Group welcomes Jason Newton, Manjote Jhaj and Janet Kwong as Associates to our Vancouver office, and Michael Furyk as an Associate in the Toronto office.
Jason brings extensive experience to the firm’s Insurance Group for the benefit of coverage disputes, subrogation recovery, and personal injury defence.
Manjote has experience in a wide variety of insurance defence claims, including occupiers liability, professional negligence, property damage and personal injury.
Janet’s practice is primarily litigation based, with a focus on matters involving personal injury, occupier’s liability, and professional errors and omissions.
Michael joins the firm’s Toronto office and is a member of the Insurance and Corporate/ Commercial Practice Groups. His practice focuses primarily on commercial and civil litigation, insurance, business disputes, personal injury, product liability, occupiers’ liability, coverage disputes, subrogation, and statutory accident benefits.
