On Friday, November 22, 2019, Lisa Mackie, Partner and leader of our Strata Property Practice, presented on modernizing multi-family properties to accommodate access and special needs under the BC Human Rights Code & Planning for Energy Upgrades. Property changes include life cycle upgrades of building components and property renewals. Hosted by the Condominium Home Owners Association of BC (CHOA), Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC), and BC Housing, this event took place at the Italian Cultural Center, where Lisa spoke to over 300 seminar participants.
