Jacqueline Huang is an Associate and a member of the firm’s Insurance Practice Group.
Jacqueline has a general litigation practice, with a developing focus on insurance litigation. She articled at a full-service national firm and gained experience in a variety of commercial litigation, insurance defence, and labour and employment matters.
Jacqueline has represented clients at the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
During law school, Jacqueline participated in the National Labour Arbitration Competition and won the moot competition on behalf of the University of Toronto. She also spent a semester at the Center for Transnational Legal Studies in London, UK, studying topics such as financial regulations and investor-state dispute settlement.
Jacqueline is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese Chinese and is able to assist clients in these languages.
