Niki Vaahedi is a member of the Business Disputes and Labour + Employment and Insurance practice groups.
Niki has a general commercial litigation practice, which includes shareholder, contractual, and employment disputes. She has also assisted clients with insurance and human rights matters
While attending law school, Niki was a member of the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program (LSLAP), the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot, the Allard Law Wellness Committee, and the Allard Law Women’s Caucus. She also completed the International Justice and Human Rights Clinic.
Niki enjoys learning about international matters. She was recently invited to present her research on international economic sanctions at the Science and Technology conference hosted by the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization (CTBTO) in Vienna.
