Sina Sahebpour is an associate and a member of our Business Disputes and Labour + Employment Practice Group.
Sina maintains a litigation practice focused on labour, employment and commercial disputes. He advises on wrongful dismissal, discrimination, collective bargaining and unfair labour practice matters, as well as shareholder, contractual and debt-related disputes. He has represented clients before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Provincial Court of British Columbia and the BC Human Rights Tribunal.
Sina joined Alexander Holburn as a summer student and articled with the firm before continuing his practice as an associate.
During law school at Queen’s, Sina worked at the Queen’s Prison Law Clinic in the summer of 2022, where he advised and represented clients in matters ranging from Disciplinary Court to parole hearings. He explored his interest in litigation through the Gale Cup Moot, first as an oralist and then as a student peer coach. Sina also served as vice president and then president of his class in the Queen’s Law Student Society.
Sina is fluent in Farsi.
