Maggie Lee is an associate and a member of our Corporate/Commercial and Wills, Estates + Trusts Practice Group.
Maggie maintains a broad business law practice with a focus on corporate law and intellectual property. She also advises on estate planning, incapacity, and estate administration. Having represented clients before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, Maggie draws on her litigation experience to find solutions for her clients. Maggie is fluent in Mandarin and English.
During law school, Maggie worked as a research assistant for Professor Nicole Barrett and Professor Wei Cui. She co-authored the Remedies Guidebook for International Climate Change Litigation with Allard’s International Justice and Human Rights Clinic. She also competed in the national bilingual Laskin Moot and volunteered for the Rise Women’s Legal Centre, Law Students’ Legal Advice Program, and Legal Education Outreach.
Prior to Alexander Holburn, Maggie worked as a research assistant for the Pacific Parkinson’s Research Centre and has volunteered for Amnesty International, Vancouver Coastal Health, and BC Children’s Hospital. She has also been a piano teacher for over 10 years and competed as a pageant finalist.
