Ephraim Fung is a member of the Real Estate practice group. Ephraim advises on a wide range of real estate and business matters, including contract drafting and negotiation, acquisitions and dispositions, lending and refinancing, and commercial leasing. Ephraim represents clients at all levels and is committed to providing practical, efficient, and responsive advice.
Aubrie Girou is a member of the Wills, Estates + Trusts practice group. Aubrie maintains both a solicitor’s and litigation practice and advises on complex estate, trust, and incapacity matters. She assists clients with contentious disputes that engage issues concerning wills, trusts, executors, powers of attorneys and other decision-makers, and incapable adults. She has represented clients before all levels of court in British Columbia. Aubrie’s planning clients can expect thoughtful and appropriate planning advice in consideration of their unique needs with an aim to avoid after-death disputes.
Menka Sull is a member of the Insurance Law practice group with a specialty in professional negligence and discipline matters. Menka represents a variety of professionals, including engineers, architects and lawyers in litigation arising from professional activities. She also acts for both regulators and members in professional discipline matters and has represented clients before all levels of court in British Columbia and before administrative tribunals.
