Alana Dale-Johnson is a member of the firm’s Corporate Commercial Group.

Her practice focuses on corporate commercial structuring and transactions for businesses of all sizes and types. She specializes in incorporations, corporate reorganizations, and purchases and sales of businesses.

Her experience also includes drafting and negotiating shareholders and partnership agreements, acquisitions of commercial real estate, commercial leases, and contract drafting.

As a business advisor to her clients, Alana provides a unique approach which focuses on holistic legal guidance delivered in a down-to-earth and realistic manner.

On A Personal Note...

Alana is an avid reader and cannot resist purchasing books. She also loves all things related to travel and has done so extensively (although hard to decide, her most memorable trips to date having been to South Africa and India). Recently, she started playing the piano again, having stopped when she graduated high school. She is not (yet) leaving law to become a musician.

Representative Experience

Alana advises clients in the preparation, negotiation and purchase of businesses or interests within businesses with a focus on the well-being of the clients’ personal and business interests throughout:

  • Counsel to a local laneway and construction company for all corporate needs including contract review, employment, its corporate reorganization and investment structuring
  • Counsel to a local technology company for all of its corporate needs, focusing on its structuring for growth and investment
