Alireza litigates a broad range of complex commercial and employment matters. He advises both domestic and international clients across a wide range of industries, including technology, manufacturing, finance, and public administration.
Alireza is an experienced advocate who has represented individuals and businesses before all levels of court in British Columbia, as well as several provincial courts across Canada. He also routinely appears before the Human Rights Tribunal, Employment Standards Branch, WorkSafeBC and the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Tribunal.
