Frances joined Alexander Holburn as a summer student in May 2021.
Frances is interested in a broad range of litigation including insurance defense, medical malpractice, and construction disputes.
At law school, Frances is on the Editorial Board of Appeal Law Journal and has acted in the roles of a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant. She currently volunteers for Access Pro Bono and sits on the Board of Directors for the Environmental Law Centre at the University of Victoria.
Frances received the Clifford S. Watt Memorial Book Prize and the G. Allan Higenbottam Prize for having the highest standing and demonstrating academic excellence in statutory interpretation in Law 104. Frances was also a nominee for the 2021 Ann Roberts Humanitarian Award.
Prior to law school, Frances completed a Bachelor of Arts at McGill University with a focus on Economics and Environmental Studies. During her undergrad, she was President of the McGill Energy Association.
