Joanne is a member of our Business Law and Real Estate practice groups.
Joanne obtained her law degree at the Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture in Mainland China, where she practiced as a legal professional for several years, providing her with a unique cross-border perspective. She subsequently completed an MBA at the University of Alberta and relocated to Vancouver to continue her legal career. After completing her accreditation, Joanne was called to the Bar in British Columbia in 2023.
Joanne advises clients across a broad spectrum of industries on a variety of real estate and business matters. Her practice includes real property acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, lending and re-financing, and contract drafting and negotiation. She is committed to providing clear, efficient, and practical advice to her clients in every transaction.
Joanne is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and provides interpretation and translation services to support her clients and ensure seamless communication throughout their matters.
