Joanne is a member of our Business Law and Real Estate practice groups.
Joanne obtained her law degree at the Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture in Beijing, China, where she worked as a legal professional for several years before coming to Canada. She then completed an MBA at the University of Alberta and relocated to Vancouver. Joanne completed four common law courses at the University of British Columbia and four exams through the National Committee on Accreditation in 2022, before articling at a full-service leading law firm in Vancouver.
Joanne advises clients across a wide variety of industries on a range of real estate and business matters. Her practice includes contract drafting and negotiation, acquisitions and dispositions, lending and refinancing, and commercial leasing.
She is dedicated to delivering straightforward, efficient, and reliable advice.
Joanne is fluent in Mandarin and often supports her clients as an interpreter and translator as part of the services she offers.
