Justin McGregor is a Partner and a member of our Insurance Practice Group.
Justin’s practice is entirely litigation based, with a focus on insurance defence and coverage. Justin deals with a wide variety of insurance defence claims, including occupiers liability, professional negligence, construction defects, manufacturing defects, property damage and personal injury.
Justin has extensive experience with prosecuting and defending subrogated claims for property damage. His insurance coverage expertise includes acting for insurers in relation to all types of coverages, including CGL, D&O, E&O, Homeowners, All-risks, Wrap-up and Course of Construction policies.
