Katelyn Chaudhary is an Associate and a member of our Aviation Practice.
Katelyn’s practice is litigation-based, with a focus on the Aviation Industry. Katelyn has experience representing a diverse range of clients in various litigation and regulatory matters. Her practice primarily involves aviation-related disputes, including passenger disputes, aircraft accident investigations, and aviation product liability claims. She has also worked on human rights matters, class actions involving consumer litigation, and other aviation-related legal issues.
Katelyn has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia and has handled airline passenger claims across several provinces in Canada. She is also familiar with various dispute resolution procedures.
During law school, Katelyn volunteered with numerous organizations, including the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program, Pro Bono Students Canada (PBSC), and Kamloops Pride. Katelyn was awarded the Law Foundation Public Interest Award and was nominated twice for the Chief Justice Richard Wagner Award for her work with PBSC as a Project Lead. She also worked as a teacher’s assistant for the Faculty of Law at Thompson Rivers University.
In addition to her legal practice, Katelyn is actively involved in the firm’s initiatives that support inclusion and professional development. She is a member of our Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Committee and the Women’s Forum, a group dedicated to supporting the professional growth and empowerment of women within the firm and across the legal profession
