Katelyn Chaudhary is an Associate and a member of our Aviation Practice.
Katelyn articled at a prominent litigation boutique, where she gained experience in complex civil, commercial, and real estate litigation. She also has experience with mediations and dispute resolution mechanisms. Katelyn’s practice is litigation-based, with a developing focus on Aviation law.
Katelyn has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia, including Supreme Court and Court of Appeal.
During law school, Katelyn volunteered with numerous organizations, including the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program, Pro Bono Students Canada (PBSC), and Kamloops Pride. Katelyn was awarded the Law Foundation Public Interest Award and was nominated twice for the Chief Justice Richard Wagner Award for her work with PBSC as a Project Lead. She also worked as a teacher’s assistant for the Faculty of Law at Thompson Rivers University.
