Justin B. Abrioux
Justin Abrioux is an Associate in the firm’s Insurance Practice Group. His practice is litigation based with a focus on insurance defence. Justin deals with a wide variety of claims including personal injury, professional negligence, products’ liability, breach of contract, occupiers’ liability, strata disputes, and insurance coverage.
Justin was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2018. Justin received his J.D. from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University. Prior to law school, he completed a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of British Columbia.
Justin has appeared before the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia as well as the Court of Appeal. He has conducted trial in the Provincial Court and assisted senior counsel in Supreme Court trials both before a jury and judge alone. His representative work includes trial, chambers applications, and court settlement conferences.
