Patrick is a lawyer and a member of the Residential Tenancy and Strata Property Practice Groups.

Patrick started his legal career in a mid-sized regional firm where he had a general commercial litigation practice and, more recently, he worked as an arbitrator for the Residential Tenancy Branch, adjudicating disputes between landlords and tenants.

He has appeared before the British Columbia Provincial Court, Supreme Court, and the Court of Appeal. Patrick also brings extensive experience at the Residential Tenancy Branch from his time as an arbitrator.

Patrick’s clients include property managers, owners of residential properties & manufactured home parks, strata councils, and individuals. Patrick is able to draw from his experience on both sides of disputes to provide clients with pragmatic advice in all areas of tenancy law, including tenancy agreements, evictions, rent increases, claims for monetary compensation, repairs, jurisdiction, and statutory compliance.

On A Personal Note...

When he’s not trying to catch up on prestige TV dramas or indulging his caffeine habit, Patrick can be found in his garage workshop making passable furniture that his family tolerates.
