Sunjeet Deol is a member of the firm’s Insurance, Construction + Engineering and Motor Vehicle Practices. His practice is primarily litigation based with a focus on matters involving personal injury, property damage, product liability, professional liability and commercial host liability. He frequently acts as counsel on casualty claims, prosecutes subrogated recovery matters, defends property damage claims and professional liability claims. Sunjeet has significant experience in the resolution of litigation through the use of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, such as mediation.
Manjit Grewal is a member of the firm’s Insurance and Motor Vehicle Practices. Her practice is litigation-based with an emphasis on personal injury and disability claims, as well as travel and life insurance claims. As a Registered Nurse and Occupational Health Nurse, Manjit has extensive experience in reviewing medical reports and dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders including medical practitioners, employers, union representatives and insurance companies.
Stewart Muglich is the leader of the Corporate Finance + Securities, Mergers + Acquisitions and Cannabis Practice Groups. He is also a member of the Corporate/Commercial Practice Group. Since 2016, Stewart has been recognized by Best Lawyers® in Canada for his work in corporate law. Stewart has been advising clients in corporate finance and securities matters, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations and going private transactions for almost three decades, and has represented clients across various business sectors including the energy, forestry, industrial, life sciences (including pharmaceuticals), mining and technology sectors.
