Maggie Lee is an associate and a member of our Corporate/Commercial and Wills, Estates + Trusts Practice Group.

Maggie maintains a broad practice with a focus on corporate law and wills, estates, and trusts. Having represented clients before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, Maggie draws on her litigation experience to find solutions for her clients.

During law school, Maggie worked as a research assistant for Professor Nicole Barrett and Professor Wei Cui. She co-authored the Remedies Guidebook for International Climate Change Litigation with Allard’s International Justice and Human Rights Clinic. She also competed in the national bilingual Laskin Moot and volunteered for the Rise Women’s Legal Centre, Law Students’ Legal Advice Program, and Legal Education Outreach.

Prior to Alexander Holburn, Maggie worked as a research assistant for the Pacific Parkinson’s Research Centre and has volunteered for Amnesty International, Vancouver Coastal Health, and BC Children’s Hospital. She has also been a piano teacher for over 10 years and competed as a pageant finalist. Maggie is fluent in Chinese and English.

On A Personal Note...

Maggie is an avid foodie and loves to eat anything that is spicy. When she is not at the office, she is exploring new restaurants and recipes. On the weekends, she can be found at driving ranges or local dance and yoga studios.
