- Acted for a major railroad in the negotiation of various interface agreements with the constructor and operator of a light rapid transit system.
- Represented a major stakeholder in the negotiation of contract documents in relation to the proposed construction of a major hospital facility as a public private partnership.
- Acted for a British Columbia health authority in the negotiation of construction and lease agreements relative to various new care facilities to be established as public private partnerships.
- Retained by the purchaser of a substantial office tower in downtown Vancouver.
- Represented a major trucking company in the acquisition and construction of a new terminal and corporate headquarters.
- Acted for a major oil company in relation to various land assemblies and joint venture developments.
